Electrical Project Manager for High and Low Voltage Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at ROM Technik. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete execution of projects in electrical distribution systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate project teams, including internal and external personnel, to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, cost, and schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on high and low voltage systems.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
