YOUR ROLE

At P&G;, building collaborative relationships with our retail partners is crucial for our shared growth and success. You will serve as the essential link between our innovative offerings, strategic marketing efforts, and retail operations.

From your first day, you will be entrusted with your own projects, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to your team and the business. Through these initiatives, you will gain insights into our Sales operations: generating fresh ideas to execute our product and promotional strategies at the Point of Sale. We are eager to hear your innovative thoughts.

Within the Sales department, you may find yourself in one of three teams: Key Account Management, Market Strategy Management, or Category Management. Each career path is tailored to your unique skills, interests, and aspirations.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 2 semesters completed and a strong academic record.
  • You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
  • You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and an enthusiasm for sales.
  • You are adept at making informed decisions using comprehensive data while also trusting your instincts.
  • You possess familiarity with the DACH market and its retail dynamics.
  • You can communicate effectively in both English and German (B2 level).
  • Previous internships, work experience, and international studies are advantageous.
