About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Marc O'Polo in Bremen Obernstraße. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling high-quality products, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers.
- Sell high-quality products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of fashion and retail, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using retail software and systems.
