Position Overview

Imagination Technologies has established itself as a key provider of intellectual property technology across various sectors, including mobile devices, consumer electronics, automotive, and data centers. We are in search of a seasoned leader to spearhead our ongoing expansion. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Segment, this prominent position offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategic trajectory of Imagination as we enhance our presence in these markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and oversee the execution of the segment strategy for your domain, addressing all components from market analysis to customer engagement.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the market landscape, including demands and competitive positioning, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our offerings align with market needs and are primed for success.
  • Work alongside sales, finance, and product teams to develop a quantitative framework for revenue and market share within your segment.
  • Engage proactively with clients, advocating for Imagination's product portfolio while identifying intersections with their strategic roadmaps.
  • Craft effective go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and business development teams, supporting the closure of critical opportunities and design wins globally.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to facilitate product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, from executive management to product management, engineering, labs, and sales, ensuring that market insights and requirements are effectively communicated and understood across all groups.

  • Proven experience in a comparable product management or technical customer-facing role, demonstrating measurable achievements.
  • Strong technical acumen in the semiconductor and software industries.
  • Experience in developing strategies and business models that facilitate market share growth.
  • Exceptional collaborative and influencing abilities, showcasing a willingness to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to engage and present to individuals at all levels, from customers and engineers to executive management and board members.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple responsibilities while focusing on outcomes rather than processes.
  • Tenacity, a proactive approach, and a commitment to results, taking ownership and holding others accountable for their actions and objectives.
