We are looking for a Procurement Specialist / Inventory Administrator (m/w/d) in full-time employment for our locations in Kiel and Berlin as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

  • Creation, adjustment, and triggering of orders
  • Management of order confirmations
  • Tracking of faulty shipments
  • Contact with suppliers in case of delays
  • Problem-solving regarding incorrect invoice prices in the ERP system
  • Management of returns
  • Implementation of master data adjustments
  • Clarification of out-of-stock reasons and adjustment of parameters in the ERP
  • Eskalations management, e.g. in case of impending zero stock / out-of-stock

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Commercial Clerk for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of supply chain
  • Knowledge of the SHK industry is an advantage
  • Good understanding of working with ERP systems, preferably knowledge of SLIM4, but not a must
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
