Your responsibilities
Collaborating with our Central Research Services (CRS) involves supporting joint research initiatives with educational institutions and industry partners. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing operational assistance for publicly funded research initiatives Engaging in and offering project support for interdisciplinary projects Working alongside national and international colleagues as a fully integrated team member Independently addressing intricate project-related challenges and managing specific topics and ad-hoc tasks as needed Actively facilitating internal and external project-related communication with partners and public entities Acquiring extensive insights into project management by interacting with various sectors of our organization Maintaining and managing data pertinent to research initiatives in the appropriate tools Assisting the team with routine tasks (e.g. ordering office supplies, organizing meetings, tracking purchase orders, maintaining distribution lists and inventory)Your qualifications
Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences; preferred candidates are Bachelor students in earlier semesters Proficient in MS Office applications Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) Dependable, proactive, open-minded, and meticulous Highly organized, self-motivated, and hands-on approach with excellent prioritization abilities Capability to execute tasks with a significant level of autonomy Strong inclination to manage operational/administrative processes comprehensively Outstanding commitment and team spirit, along with strong interpersonal and communication skillsMeet your colleagues
As part of our University Alliances, the CRS Team supports collaborative research and innovation projects with academic and industrial partners in publicly funded initiatives or contractual research.
The successful candidate (f/m/d) will gain extensive experience in the daily operations of the CRS Team, focusing on project management and administration.
