Responsibilities
The Transformation Services team is seeking a student intern to assist with the following responsibilities and special initiatives:
Aiding in the creation and visual enhancement of various communication materials (e.g., newsletters). Grasping and implementing the Brand Guidelines and Corporate Identity across diverse communication outputs. Organizing and maintaining the team's document repository. Offering general administrative assistance to the Communications team and executing various tasks as directed (e.g., procuring printed materials).Qualifications
Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: graphic design, communication design, media studies, or related disciplines. Initial experience and foundational knowledge from other marketing or media design sectors. Proficiency in analytical and strategic reasoning or in creative endeavors. Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ideally, familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop; knowledge of PremierePro or similar video editing software is advantageous. Language proficiency: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 in German. Interpersonal Skills: Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Essential: Dependability, autonomy, adaptability, and goal-oriented approach.About Your Team
The Transformation Services division serves as our management consultancy. We provide valuable services to design optimal solution frameworks for our clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our offerings. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with our clients, as well as with our development, sales, and partner teams. Our consultants operate independently and autonomously whenever possible. We are committed to supporting your success in this innovative, forward-looking, and demanding role through comprehensive onboarding.
