Payroll Specialist

Als Payroll Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung der termingerechten monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung von bis zu 1.000 Mitarbeitern sowie der relevanten Meldungen unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Bestimmungen.
Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden in lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen.
Du hast die Verantwortung für die stetige Optimierung der Payroll-Prozesse und -Tools.
QualifikationDu benötigst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gerne Steuerfachangestellte/-wirt) und/oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du benötigst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Abrechnung/Payroll für vorzugsweise mittelständische Unternehmen.
Du benötigst sehr gute Kenntnisse mit DATEV LODAS bzw. Lohn und Gehalt und/oder SBS, P&I Loga.
Du benötigst sehr gute MS-Office Skills.
Du benötigst fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge.
Du benötigst selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
Du benötigst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie insbesondere sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
