Hast du eine Leidenschaft für innovative wissenschaftliche Technologien und bringst Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung im pharmazeutischen oder medizintechnischen Bereich mit? Verstärke unser QA-Team im Bereich GMP mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Detailgenauigkeit. Als Quality Assurance Lead hast du die Möglichkeit, vielfältige Verantwortlichkeiten zu übernehmen und die Qualitätssicherung in verschiedenen Projekten an unserem Standort aktiv zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben als Quality Assurance Lead

  • Unterstütze das GMP-Qualitätskontrolllabor bei der Freigabe von therapeutischen Molekülen unserer Partnerunternehmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung der Qualitätskontrolle sowie dem wissenschaftlichen und Laborpersonal.
  • Führe umfassende Dokumenten- und Datenprüfungen sowie Audits durch.
  • Trage zur Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems bei und arbeite an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und des QM-Systems.
  • Engagiere dich im Change Control Prozess und bei der Bearbeitung sowie Untersuchung von Abweichungen, OOS und den damit verbundenen Korrekturmaßnahmen (CAPA).
  • Übernimm allgemeine Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben im laufenden Betrieb des Qualitätskontrolllabors, wie die Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung und Validierung von Geräten/Systemen, Lieferantenbewertungen sowie die Durchführung von Schulungen und internen sowie externen Audits gemäß GMP.
  • Berate in qualitätsrelevanten Angelegenheiten und Fragen zur GMP-Compliance.

Qualifikationen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium in Biochemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in einem GLP-, GCP-, GMP- oder ISO13485-regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Qualitätskontrolllabor oder in der pharmazeutischen bzw. MedTech-Industrie.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sich flexibel auf veränderte Anforderungen einzustellen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
