Deine Aufgaben
Du willst als eigenverantwortlicher Teil des Teams eine wichtige interne Schnittstelle besetzen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:

  • Als Consultant für Corporate Strategy / Corporate M&A (m/w/d) bist du für die Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen verantwortlich.
  • Du übernimmst die Identifikation und Analyse von Akquisitionskandidaten und die Ansprache.
  • Du wirkst mit bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Finanzmodellen und Unternehmensbewertungen.
  • Des Weiteren unterstützt Du bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Due-Diligence.
  • Die Erstellung von Transaktionsdokumentation und Entscheidungs- sowie Vorstandsvorlagen fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du unterstützt ebenfalls bei Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Die Koordination der Post-Merger Integration und das allgemeine Projektmanagement runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
Dein Profil
  • Consultant für Corporate Strategy / Corporate M&A (m/w/d) wirst du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen und / oder einem technischen Hochschulstudium oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung (einschl. Praktika) im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundiertes Knowhow im Bereich der Unternehmensanalyse und Unternehmensbewertung.
  • Exzellente MS Office-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Deine ausgeprägte Leistungsorientierung und Lernbereitschaft sowie Spaß und Leidenschaft für Projektarbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.
