Your RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager - Trade & Pricing to join our trade & operations finance function. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for operational steering, reporting, and analysis of operational KPIs and business cases. You will also be involved in financial modeling and ROI estimates of business initiatives, as well as facilitating operational reviews and controlling of operational & trade organization.

- Identifying and promoting new innovative ideas and challenging established practices

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2-4 years of previous work experience in a similar financial or commercial or operations finance role
- A solutions-oriented analytical mindset, strong business judgment, forward thinking, innovative, and continuous improvement mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to keep an eye on the big picture
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into numbers
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and complex modeling; SQL is a plus
- Entrepreneurial thinker with hands-on mentality and the ability to remain agile in a continuously changing environment
- Senior and cross-functional stakeholder management in operations, finance, and business analytics and ability to pitch/defend ideas to senior teams
- Proficient English, German is a plus
