About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mendix Software Developer to join our international team at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications on our Mendix platform to meet the business requirements of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Analysis
    • Collaborate with business consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements and create technical solutions.
  • Application Development
    • Design, develop, and implement applications on our Mendix platform to meet business requirements and specifications.
  • User Interface Design
    • Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using our SCHWARZ theming modules.
  • Integration
    • Integrate Mendix applications with existing systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Testing & Debugging
    • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality and bug-free software delivery.
  • Support & Maintenance
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, addressing any issues, and implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualification
    • Proven experience as a professional Mendix developer or similar.
    • Good collaboration and communication skills in English.
    • Experience with integrating applications with other systems and APIs.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
    • Ability to work in an international, virtual team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred
    • Experience with web technologies like HTML, (S)CSS, JavaScript.
    • Knowledge of database systems like SQL.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
    • Mendix certification is a plus.
