We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Ambulatory Intensive Care Nurse. This role involves providing high-quality care to children with intensive care needs in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 care to children with intensive care needs in their homes
  • Support new patient teams during the onboarding process
  • Assist existing care teams during periods of staff shortages
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Deliver basic and therapeutic care to children
  • Conduct rehabilitation activities and provide social support
  • Accompany children in their daily lives, including during holidays

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as a registered nurse or equivalent
  • Experience in pediatric intensive care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Desirable: experience in ambulatory intensive care or mechanical ventilation
