Our Finance division is experiencing rapid expansion. Over the past year, our team has significantly grown and has been instrumental in driving our financial achievements. We are in search of a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist who excels in a fast-paced financial setting and possesses a strong affinity for numbers. Could you be the ideal candidate?
As a working student in Accounts Payable, you will join our Global Accounting team, which is responsible for meeting all internal and external reporting obligations and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, particularly the closing and consolidation of both domestic and international subsidiaries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will comply with accounting governance frameworks and processes to timely produce accounting data and reporting requirements, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing incoming inquiries
- Assisting in the upkeep of supplier master data
- Verifying incoming invoices and forwarding them to team members for further action
- Supporting the accounts payable team in invoice processing
- Examining and posting travel expenses, costs, and (virtual) credit card transactions
- Conducting thorough reviews, account assignments, and postings of national and international business transactions in accounts payable using our SAP workflow, while adhering to legal standards (IFRS where applicable)
- Assisting the team leader with special projects

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in economics, business administration, or a related degree program
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, ideally gained through a commercial apprenticeship
- Familiarity with SAP in accounts payable is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with precision
- Proficiency in English is essential
