Job Title: Business Analyst Merchandise Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Merchandise Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting projects in Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, and driving various digitalization initiatives in the department
  • Developing and automating existing analyses, processes, and planning tools
  • Preparing ad-hoc evaluations
  • Analyzing operational issues, developing optimization suggestions, and presenting results
  • Acting as a central interface with relevant areas such as Category Management, Planning, IT, and Product
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or a similar field, preferably with some work experience in a comparable position
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with good market and product knowledge
  • Proactive work approach with high flexibility and resilience
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications, especially Excel & PowerBi, and ERP systems
  • Self-driven and good communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
