As a key member of one of the foremost international clearing and settlement organizations, you will engage in a dynamic environment focused on client service and technological advancement. Your primary role will involve the enhancement and upkeep of our regulatory reporting software, ensuring that any modifications in legal obligations are accurately integrated.
You will consistently seek opportunities to refine the systems from a business standpoint and ensure that alterations in our service offerings are reflected in the reporting tools.
Additionally, you will evaluate business initiatives to ascertain their implications on regulatory reporting and, to a certain extent, accounting, ensuring these factors are addressed during the implementation phase.
Key responsibilities:
Interpretation of external regulations into business and functional specifications Planning and conducting tests on updated regulatory reporting software Ongoing enhancement of IT-driven regulatory reporting Expertise in transaction reporting (Money Market statistics, Payment statistics) and the associated data logic within reporting tools Involvement in business initiatives concerning their impact on regulatory reporting and accounting by assessing the effects, defining requirements for business projects, and overseeing the implementation processYour qualifications:
A degree in business administration or a related field In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Reporting (Banking regulations such as CRR) and accounting standards (IFRS/HGB) Extensive experience in project management and IT Familiarity with regulatory reporting and/or accounting software and its functional intricacies (A360 native, Abacus Transactions) Strong integrity, eagerness to learn, accountability, and a high degree of reliability Collaborative spirit, outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
