About the Role
Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join its European Regulatory Reporting team in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing regulatory and prudential reports for BaFin and the Bundesbank, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a reporting framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and establishing a framework for data quality control and monitoring.
- Enhance processes and documentation based on observations and root cause analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Interact directly with regulators and auditors, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Coordinate regulatory ad-hoc inquiries and reviews across different functions, ensuring seamless communication.
- Develop and maintain data analysis capabilities, including internal reporting and control frameworks.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in regulatory reporting for banks or risk management.
- Knowledge of capital requirement rules (CRR and CRD) and EBA guidelines.
- Experience in implementing projects related to regulatory reporting and data management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent English language proficiency.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, VBA, and SQL.
