Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and operations of asphalt mixing facilities.
- Independently troubleshoot minor issues and technical failures.
- Ensure quality control through systematic sampling processes.
- Coordinate the scheduling of material transport logistics.
- Utilize wheel loaders to load raw materials into the asphalt mixing facility.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a fitter, electrician, mechanic, or process mechanic.
- Relevant professional experience is preferred.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
- Demonstrate an independent and responsible work ethic.
- Possess a valid Class B driver's license.
