Senior IT Business Analyst, CMS (d/f/m)

Essity is a prominent global player in the hygiene and healthcare sector, dedicated to enhancing quality of life through superior hygiene and healthcare solutions. Our products and services are available in approximately 150 countries, marketed under renowned brands such as TENA and Tork, alongside other well-established names like Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda, and Zewa.

In alignment with our strategic focus on Hygiene and Health, we are enhancing operational excellence through the unification and integration of essential business processes. We are in search of a Senior IT Business Analyst to bolster our digital capabilities.

Our mission involves delivering solutions for Essity's strategic digital Customer and Consumer platforms across all business units. The Digital Marketing division is responsible for the delivery and support of key digital products and solutions, including Tork online, Tena Consumer Web, Baby, Femcare, and others. We are committed to ongoing enhancements of our strategic technical platforms in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS, DAM, PIM, while also providing expertise in MarTech services.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Requirement Analysis : Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, conduct as-is analysis, and develop detailed requirement specifications that will inform estimates of cost, time, and resources based on established templates. Support IT Architects : Aid in evaluating current capabilities and identifying high-level business requirements. Engage in breaking down these demands into high-level IT solution requirements. Identify Areas for Improvement : Proactively recognize strengths and weaknesses, and propose areas for enhancement and solutions aligned with customer and user requirements, strategies, and objectives. Continuously review and refine requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Develop Business Cases : Assist in the prioritization process by considering the business implications of integrating technology into the current business landscape. Define Metrics and Goals : Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to establish metrics and performance goals for the solution. Manage Requirement Transition : Ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of the solution specification by transitioning requirements and use cases to designers. Conduct Training : Organize training sessions and deliver end-user training. Coach and Mentor : Guide and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision. Analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs. Implement Effective Solutions : Contribute to identifying and executing effective solutions within a matrix organization.

Your Profile

You possess over 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager/Delivery Lead with global digital platform expertise. You hold a university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. You have a proven track record in analyzing and deconstructing problems and information. You are comfortable operating in an international environment addressing diverse business needs. You have experience with agile delivery methodologies and managing work, code, tests, and builds within an agile framework using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. You can manage multiple tasks, swiftly transitioning from one situation or task to another. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings. You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. You are capable of imparting knowledge to existing business and IT personnel. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are open to traveling 10-15% on average.
