We are focused on Hygiene and Health, striving for operational excellence by harmonizing and integrating essential business processes. We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to enhance our digital capabilities.
We provide solutions for Essity's strategic digital Customer and Consumer platforms across all business units. Our Digital Marketing team is responsible for delivering and supporting major digital products and solutions, including Tork online, Tena Consumer Web, Baby, Femcare, and more. We are committed to continuous improvement of our strategic technical platforms in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS, DAM, PIM, while also offering expertise in MarTech services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Requirement Analysis : Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, conduct as-is analysis, and develop detailed requirement specifications that will inform estimates of cost, time, and resources based on established templates. Support IT Architects : Aid in evaluating current capabilities and identifying high-level business requirements. Engage in breaking down these demands into high-level IT solution requirements. Identify Areas for Improvement : Proactively recognize strengths and weaknesses, and propose areas for enhancement and solutions aligned with customer and user requirements, strategies, and objectives. Continuously review and refine requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Develop Business Cases : Assist in the prioritization process by considering the business implications of applying technology to the existing business environment. Define Metrics and Goals : Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to establish metrics and performance goals for the solution. Manage Requirement Transition : Ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of the solution specification by transitioning requirements and use cases to designers. Conduct Training : Organize training sessions and deliver end-user training. Coach and Mentor : Guide and collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision. Analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs. Implement Effective Solutions : Contribute to identifying and implementing effective solutions within a matrix organization.Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager/Delivery Lead with global digital platform experience. A university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Proficient in analyzing and breaking down problems and information. Comfortable working in an international environment across diverse business needs. Experience with agile delivery methodologies and managing work, code, tests, and builds in an agile framework using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Ability to manage multiple activities, swiftly transitioning from one situation or task to another. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings. Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. Proficient in transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Willingness to travel 10-15% on average.All applicants are encouraged to submit their resumes in English.
