Your role in this journey:
As a Quality Excellence Professional, you will play a pivotal role in championing superior quality standards within our Solutions Business. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective Quality Management in Projects (QMiPs) and maintain alignment across various initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators for the global Solutions QMiP team, focusing on minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
  • Knowledge Exchange: Organize regular sessions to share best practices and lessons learned within the Solutions QMiP community, enhancing team collaboration.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to QMiPs, fostering their professional development and aligning their skills with industry standards.
  • Project Management Tools: Assist in defining and utilizing Business Unit Project Management tools, contributing to process enhancements.
  • Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training initiatives tailored for Project QMiPs to continually improve their competencies.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Support global Project QMiPs in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure the execution of improvements and preventive measures.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Oversee the implementation of Supplier Quality Management processes globally and assist regional teams in advancing SQM initiatives.
  • Performance Audits: Facilitate the supplier qualification process for solutions and services, aligning audit programs with Project Procurement.
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Direct Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) across various regions and headquarters.
  • Strategic Input: Report directly to the Head of Quality Excellence and participate in the project management leadership circle.
Qualifications:
Education: A master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
Experience:
  • Extensive experience in project execution and coordination.
  • Proven expertise as a qualified auditor.
Skills:
  • Certification at level C or IPMA C or equivalent.
  • Experience in an international setting with strong intercultural skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for quality and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
