Your Role:
As a Quality Excellence Professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting exceptional quality standards within our Solutions Business. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to global Quality Management in Projects (QMiPs) and maintain alignment across various initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators for the Solutions QMiP team, focusing on minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
- Knowledge Dissemination: Organize regular sessions to share best practices and lessons learned, enhancing team efficiency through knowledge exchange.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to QMiPs, supporting their professional development and skill enhancement in line with industry standards.
- Project Management Tools: Assist in defining and utilizing Business Unit Project Management tools, contributing to process improvements.
- Training Development: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for Project QMiPs to continuously elevate their expertise.
- Root Cause Analysis: Support global Project QMiPs in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Supplier Quality Management: Facilitate the effective implementation of Supplier Quality Management processes on a global scale.
- Performance Auditing: Aid in the supplier qualification process and align audit programs with procurement strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the establishment of Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) across various regions.
- Strategic Input: Report directly to the Head of Quality Excellence and actively participate in project management leadership discussions.
Education: A master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in project execution and coordination.
- Proven expertise as a qualified auditor.
- Certification at level C or IPMA C or equivalent.
- Experience in an international setting with strong intercultural competencies.
- Exceptional teamwork abilities.
- A passion for quality, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
