Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on regulatory matters related to banking and financial services.

  • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address regulatory issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and provide guidance to clients on how to comply.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory banking or financial services.

  • Proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance to clients on regulatory matters.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
