We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our talent acquisition strategy and attract top talent to support our mission of providing tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
- Fluent English and French are required; German a big plus
