About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Technical Lead to join our team at ZEAL Network SE. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and ideas to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and run customer-facing web shops
  • Own the technical scope for the team and empower team members to handle technical decisions
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Work closely with product, design, and marketing in an agile manner
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Test code for functional, security, and performance issues
  • Measure and iterate on product and funnel optimizations to increase the rate of success
  • Ensure quality through code reviews and share expertise in pair programming
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with RESTful APIs
  • Expand knowledge and keep tech skills up to date

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for crafting web applications
  • Genuine interest in the domain of gaming and gambling, especially instant-win games and online virtual slots
  • Expertise in working with Angular and at least one other frontend framework using TypeScript
  • Strong skills in writing performant code and clean architectures
  • Experience in mentoring developers or leading a small team
  • Experience working with JSON and interfacing with REST APIs and WebSockets
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
