Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Tech Lead Frontend DevOps, der unsere Customer IT-Organisation in Deutschland unterstützt. Als Teil unseres "Frontend DevOps" Teams werden Sie für die operative Führung einer diversen Gruppe hochprofessioneller IT-Experten verantwortlich sein.

Als Tech Lead Frontend DevOps werden Sie für die technische Expertise mit Personalverantwortung kombiniert. Sie werden drängende kurz- und wichtige langfristige Herausforderungen aktiv mitgestalten und gleichzeitig selbst als Entwickler arbeiten. Sie sind für das Team sowohl fachlich als auch technisch verantwortlich und arbeiten gleichzeitig aktiv im DevOps Team mit.

Unser Team nutzt hauptsächlich Angular, um moderne Frontends effizient in Microsoft Azure zu entwickeln und damit die (Self-Service) Journey privater Endkonsumenten, von Service-Partner und von Mitarbeitenden der Fachbereiche intuitiv zu digitalisieren. Die durchaus dynamischen Anforderungen werden in teilweise internationalen DevOps Teams agil umgesetzt, wobei unser zentrales "Digital Layer Backend" die übergreifende Business-Logik orchestriert und via Rest-API bereitstellt.

Als Tech Lead Frontend DevOps werden Sie auch für die Sammlung der aggregierten gemeinschaftlichen Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen des neuen Teams und die Entwicklung einer mittel- und langfristigen Strategie zur Kapazitäts- und Skillentwicklung entlang unserer Digitalstrategie verantwortlich sein.
