IT Systems Working Student Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Working Student - IT Systems to join our dynamic tech team at 1KOMMA5°. As a leading provider of solar, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure solutions, we are committed to accelerating the energy and mobility transition.

Your Role
  • Support the Tech Delivery teams with migrations and rollout of Google Workspace and MDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Drive the tooling procurement process forward, collaborating with the Tech Procurement function to identify and implement the most effective solutions.
  • Work closely with internal customers to detail comprehensive plans and 3rd party solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Tech Partners to enable them to support tools once implemented, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the global IT strategy, ensuring it remains well-aligned with company needs and priorities.
  • Utilize your resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results under pressure.
  • Automate processes to optimize efficiency, leveraging your tooling and Python knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Cross-functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, identifying opportunities for overlap and collaboration.
  • Align widespread changes as 1KOMMA5° expands, adapts, and evolves, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Implement standard tooling configurations and provide hands-on support, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
Your Profile
  • You are currently enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week to this role.
  • Proven experience in IT systems, either through education or prior work experience.
  • Proficiency in coding with Python, with a strong understanding of its applications and limitations.
  • Experience with tech tooling stacks, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, MDM tools like InTune and JAMF.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a security focus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology and apply it to real-world challenges.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
