German-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Cyprus

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and other support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and concerns related to our digital banking platform.
- Provide swift and professional solutions to customer issues.
- Work closely with your team to deliver smooth customer support and share feedback to enhance the customer experience.
