We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Manager to lead our team in the dairy industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and driving efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 25 production staff in the milk production and packaging process
- Develop and implement production plans to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Relevant degree in a field such as food science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role in the dairy industry
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ERP and MES systems
