Job Opportunity: Shift Supervisor Dairy Filling Area

Personalstrategie GmbH, a leading provider of strategic HR solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our dairy filling area team.

• Lead a team of 25 employees in the dairy filling department, working closely with the deputy
• Develop and implement operational processes in production and filling, focusing on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with production management to optimize staff deployment and holiday planning
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, achieve production goals, and implement productivity-enhancing measures as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of organization, production, and technology
• Maintain and update key performance indicators to ensure smooth operations

• Education as a Dairy Master, Food Industry Master, or Maltster Master, or equivalent background
• Proven experience in the production and filling of fresh products (e.g. yogurt and curd)
• Experience in personnel management and team leadership
• Strong focus on safety and quality, with organizational skills and technical understanding
• Excellent team spirit, empathy, communication skills, motivation, and assertiveness
• Demonstrated ability to use ERP and MES systems, as well as process control systems
