About the Job
Context:
You will be part of Danone's team, working with successful brands such as Activia, Actimel, Alpro, Aptamil, and Volvic. We are looking for a VIE Performance Management professional to support our supply chain operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate short-term forecasts for Germany
- Coordinate promotional and activation planning with Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure seamless execution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance German KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Customer Service Level, Freshness, and Losses
- Improve forecast accuracy during bank holiday periods
- Lead performance projects to drive business growth
- Ensure successful execution of new product launches
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
A Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related fieldFirst-hand experience in supply chain operationsSolution-oriented and curious mindsetContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally and remotelyProficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on ExcelKnowledge of Power Query, Power BI, DAX, and IBP is a plusExcellent English language skillsEligibility for a VIE Contract
