Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Short-Term Demand Forecast for Germany Collaborate on promotional and activation strategies with Sales & Marketing Maintain daily communication with the Supply Planning department Drive ongoing enhancement of German KPIs, including Forecast Precision, Customer Service Standards, Freshness, and Losses Enhance Forecast Precision during holiday seasons Spearhead performance improvement initiatives Ensure optimal execution during the introduction of new products Assist in the S&OP frameworkCandidate Profile
Master's degree with a focus on supply chain management Initial experience in supply chain operations Problem-solving mindset and inquisitive nature Committed to continuous enhancement Open to cross-functional and remote collaboration Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel is essential Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, DAX is advantageous Basic knowledge of IBP is a plus Strong command of the English languageEligibility Criteria
This role is associated with a contract facilitated by Business France, enabling Europeans to work internationally for a designated organization. The contract duration ranges from 6 to 24 months.
Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old and have fulfilled national service obligations. Applicants must be citizens of the European Economic Area. Candidates should not have previously worked in the country of interest. Applicants must not have participated in a similar program before.Benefits of the Contract
No taxes or charges on salary, as social security is managed by April international. Entitlement to 2.5 days of leave per month. Compensation is determined according to the Business France framework.
