We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Abiomis. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for leading internal audit missions, evaluating corporate governance and internal controls, and developing policies and procedures in compliance with Luxembourgish legislation and CSSF regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate corporate governance and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management.
- Assist clients with the setup of their entity in Luxembourg, including drafting CSSF applications and reviewing relevant documentation.
- Identify and assess potential risks for clients, providing proactive solutions and defining new risk management models.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit in Luxembourg, preferably in a Big Four or audit firm, or internal audit with a financial service provider.
- Prior exposure to a client base consisting of PSFs, banks, and/or investment funds.
- Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with clients.
- Strong desire to expand knowledge and grow in autonomy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
