IT-Support und Anwendungsbetreuung (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verwaltung und Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur der Gemeindeverwaltung,
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für die Anwender/innen (First-Level-Support),
  • Unterstützung des Client-Server-Systems im Rathaus mit ca. 90 Peripheriegeräten, einschließlich der gängigen Microsoft- und IOS-Anwendungen,
  • Gewährleistung von Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und Systemverfügbarkeit.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), idealerweise auch als Verwaltungsfachinformatiker,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Server-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Bereich,
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen:
  • Fachverfahren für kommunale Verwaltungen,
  • Ausschreibungen im öffentlichen Dienst und Haushaltsbewirtschaftung,
  • Grundkenntnisse zu Fördermaßnahmen,
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus und arbeiten selbstständig sowie konzeptionell.
