About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, including daily routines, activities, and emotional support.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the team and other professionals.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a Childcare Specialist or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
