Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

Rituals, ein führender Anbieter von Parfümerie- und Premium-Warenhausprodukten, sucht einen erfahrenden Senior Trade Marketing Specialist, um die strategische Umsetzung von Projekten in der Region zu übernehmen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Umsetzung strategischer Projekte für Top-Kunden in der DACH-Region, einschließlich der Expansion nach Nordeuropa
  • Entwicklung und Verantwortung von Marketingaktivitäten, die den globalen Standards und unserer Rituals Marketingstrategie entsprechen
  • Überwachung, Auswertung und Reporting der KPIs an globale und lokale Partner im Wholesale und Marketing
  • Teilnahme an externen Partnermeetings als Trade-Marketing-Experte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen und lokalen Wholesale- und Marketingteam zur Synchronisierung der Pläne und Unterstützung des Markenmanagements
Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Markenaufbau mit Fokus auf Trade-Marketing in der FMCG-Branche oder ähnlichen Branchen
  • Tiefes Verständnis für den Einzelhandelsmarkt in Nordwesteuropa sowie für digitale Marketingtrends
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations-, Projektmanagement- und Stakeholdermanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und flexible Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten, kreativen und pro-aktiven Persönlichkeit
  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Englisch und Deutsch)
