Product Launch Manager

The Industrialization and Verification organization is a critical component of the R&D organization within Ericsson Antenna Systems. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Launch Manager to drive our antenna projects forward. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end launch of new antenna products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a good understanding of the telecommunications industry, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Detailed Launch Plans
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Industrialization Planning and Execution
- Be accountable for the planning of industrialization of manufacturing lines or ramp-up of products on existing lines
- Monitor and support the order of equipment by the plant, including its integration into the plant infrastructure
- Launch Activity Oversight
- Oversee the execution of launch activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Be accountable for documentation (working plans, instructions, maintenance plans, etc.)
- Project Investment Planning and Coordination
- Centralize and coordinate Industrialization and Verification project investment planning
- Monitor and report on launch progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Continuous Improvement
- Gather and analyze feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement
- Support DFMA initiatives and Lean activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Sufficient experience in project management or product launch roles is beneficial
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong leadership, team collaboration skills, and high social competence
- Excellent organizational, time, and stakeholder management abilities
- Structured and result-oriented way of working
- Proficiency in English written and spoken
- Proficiency in German is considered a plus
