Product Launch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Launch Manager to drive our antenna projects to the next level at Ericsson Deutschland. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a good understanding of the telecommunications industry, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Launch Plans
- Develop and manage detailed launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Be accountable for the planning of industrialization of manufacturing lines or ramp-up of products on existing lines
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches
- Lead and drive all activities regarding cost, timing, quality, and volume requirements defined by the program
- Monitor and Report on Launch Progress
- Monitor and report on launch progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Deduct corrective actions based on test results of prototypes (mechanical and electrical) with a focus on value add
- Support DFMA Initiatives and Lean Activities

- Prepare launch status reports
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Engineering or a related field
- Sufficient experience in project management or product launch roles is beneficial
- Skills and Competencies
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong leadership, team collaboration skills and high social competence
- Excellent organizational as well as time and stakeholder management abilities
- Structured and result-oriented way of working
- Proficiency in English written and spoken
- Proficiency in German is considered a plus
