We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in implementing the EU Taxonomy and CSRD reporting requirements. As Head of Group Non-Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business value through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our sustainability reporting strategy, aligning with EU Taxonomy and CSRD requirements
  • Lead the team in collecting and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and key findings
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance reporting quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, sustainability)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, with a focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business value through data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus
