Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content creation strategies to engage with our target audience and increase brand visibility
  • Edit videos and create social media content to showcase our products and brand story
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing product images and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and product descriptions
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements
  • Practical experience in social media content creation and video editing
  • Intermediate skills in video and picture editing software
  • Previous experience with Canva and other design tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level)
  • Additional language skills in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean are a plus
