We are currently seeking a Telecommunications Cloud Solutions Architect to enhance our team.

Role Type:

Permanent Position

Location:

Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage over 10 years of expertise in Salesforce, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Communications Cloud.
  • Act as a Technical/Solution Architect for at least one year within the Communications Cloud domain.
  • Engage with telecommunications clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Omniscripts, Data Raptors, and Integration procedures.
  • Possess strong knowledge of LWC, Apex, Lightning Flows, and Triggers.
  • Propose optimal solutions and conduct thorough reviews.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and comply with Salesforce best practices, utilizing standard Salesforce functionalities.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Mulesoft is advantageous.
  • Contribute to proposals and RFP processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Proficiency in German is preferred, with English being mandatory.
