Our client, a leader in the field of innovative Enterprise and Mobile Network Operator (MNO) Edge Connectivity Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure technology solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support their expanding DACH regional accounts. With a strong presence in the market, they have achieved remarkable growth and are looking to enhance their team.
In this role, the Technical Sales Manager will be tasked with nurturing existing client relationships across a portfolio of successful accounts. You will engage in high-level commercial and technical discussions, with the support of Pre-sales and Technical Support teams as necessary. Responsibilities include managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Bill of Materials (BoMs), and organizing customer events to ensure account success.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical sales roles, including Pre-sales, Business Development, Sales, Partner Management, or Solution Architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of 4G and/or 5G RAN technologies is essential.
- Experience in managing RFP/RFQ processes, pricing strategies, and facilitating successful sales closures.
- Familiarity with MNOs, Neutral Host Providers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of 5G OpenRAN, Small Cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), or other wireless in-building solutions is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with technology advancements.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation capabilities.
