The Role:
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Celonis Process Management (CPM), you will guide agile project teams to expedite our clients' digital transformation and support Celonis' global growth. Your role involves identifying strategic priorities for our clients and steering your project team towards successful SaaS initiatives in process management and management systems. This includes strategic system transformations aimed at maximizing value for our clients. You will develop expertise in various business processes, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, you will utilize the latest features and functionalities of Celonis Process Management (CPM), integrating KPIs from Process Mining and Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring exceptional service delivery to provide optimal solutions for our clients using Celonis technology, with a focus on Celonis Process Management (CPM).
- Utilize your experience across diverse organizations to assist clients in enhancing their process management and overall business efficiency.
- Apply best practices to redesign processes, optimizing both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Empower clients to model and manage their processes within Celonis Process Management (CPM).
- Establish a foundation for long-term customer success and value realization.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions and their application in optimizing business processes. Familiarity with other BPM tools and technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, with a passion for engaging with clients to understand and interpret their business processes.
- A dedicated and visionary mindset, eager to advance our Celonis technology with a focus on Celonis Process Management (CPM).
- Excellent analytical abilities, well-organized, and recognized for being a quick learner.
- A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
