Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Parcel Shuttle. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our last-mile logistics platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to define and prioritize design tasks.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and standardization across our platform.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our platform.
- 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and user interface design.
- Strong skills in design thinking, UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, presentation, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools/software, combined with experience in user research and design for web and mobile platforms.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to and scaling a design system, and thriving in an agile, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the logistics domain, especially last-mile delivery.
- Experience with SaaS platforms.
