Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Raisin, a dynamic and fast-growing fintech company. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our award-winning marketplaces, helping customers gain better access to competitive savings, investment, and pension products.

Your Responsibilities- Lead the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs that meet business and product metrics.
- Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions that enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
- Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team and participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a solid understanding of business and product metrics.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset.
- Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach.
- Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality.
