Job Description

We are seeking an IT Application Consultant CAD/PDM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational availability and development of the CAD and PDM applications in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational availability and development of the CAD and PDM applications in a global environment
  • Gather requirements from business, analyze, and define solutions
  • Ensure first and second-level support (international) with a small team
  • Coordinate the 3rd level support with HZI partners
  • Create user and administrator documentations
  • Responsible for organizing and training users in CAD/PDM applications
  • Participate in the Application Ownership Team
  • Reports to Manager Business Applications

Requirements

  • Experience with CAD applications (nice Autodesk Tools)
  • Background in construction or industrial engineering advantageous
  • Didactic skills (training and support of internal customers)
  • Customer and service-oriented
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Team player with good communication skills at various levels
  • Languages: English Level C1 (spoken and written), German Level B2 (spoken and written) (nice to have)
