Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational availability and development of CAD and PDM applications in a global environment.
  • Gather requirements from business, analyze, and define solutions.
  • Provide first and second-level support (international) with a small team.
  • Coordinate third-level support with HZI partners.
  • Create user and administrator documentation.
  • Organize and train users in CAD/PDM applications.
  • Participate in the Application Ownership Team.
  • Report to Manager Business Applications.

Requirements

  • Experience with CAD applications, preferably with Autodesk tools.
  • Background in construction or industrial engineering is advantageous.
  • Didactic skills for training and supporting internal customers.
  • Customer and service-oriented approach.
  • Independent and structured work style.
  • Team player with good communication skills at various levels.
  • Language skills: English (C1) and German (B2).
