Position Overview:
The role involves overseeing the upkeep of high-voltage cable infrastructures, which includes the planning and execution of maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational integrity of cable systems, adhering to legal and operational standards, particularly concerning safety and environmental regulations.
- Engage in the expansion and innovation of offshore networks.
- Monitor and assess the condition of cables and systems, compute electrical parameters, and suggest necessary interventions.
- Manage commercial and contractual elements, ensuring cost-efficient execution, budget management, and resource allocation, along with warranty oversight.
- Evaluate installation techniques, assess their impact on supply reliability, and supervise the execution of improvement measures.
- Provide support for technical inquiries regarding equipment, deliver technical training, participate in collaborative groups, and contribute to various committees.
- Be available for on-call duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.
- Experience with high-voltage cable technology and/or cable installation methods.
- Project management expertise along with knowledge of planning, administration, and contract law.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Health qualifications for offshore work.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Valid driving license.

- This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) offering flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.
