We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Associate to join our team in the pharmaceutical production of medical cannabis. As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality production of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trimming and packaging of cannabis flowers, as well as sealing and labeling the product
  • Preparation and post-processing of the clean room and all materials required for production
  • Ensuring timely production in accordance with working instructions and maintaining high product quality
  • Receipt of raw materials and primary packaging materials
  • Performing shipping activities
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines in production, including documentation
  • Ensuring accurate BTM documentation in your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Experience in a regulated production environment in a relevant field (food, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, etc.)
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Enthusiasm for further development in a dynamic and growing industry
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent German language skills and basic English language skills
