In this capacity, you will need to adeptly manage uncertain scenarios, leveraging your strong business acumen to independently drive initiatives. Your approach will be centered on the customer, with a deep understanding of their needs to effectively customize your strategies. Proficient in data analysis and effective communication, you will interact with both senior management and client executives. Your performance will be evaluated based on the tangible impact and ongoing enhancement of our sales processes, reflecting TeamViewer's dedication to innovative and bold applications of remote access technology.
- Lead the formulation of business case evaluations for Enterprise clients on active projects
- Identify, spearhead, and contribute to the development of new value optimization materials and intellectual property
- Establish a scalable framework and program to promote the adoption of best practices and standardization among global stakeholders
- Compile a collection of Value Optimization case studies to share and amplify customer success narratives with a broader audience
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams to comprehend customer challenges during implementations and rollouts, and devise solutions to address these challenges
- Strategic Operations: Engage in cross-functional, company-wide strategic initiatives, including special operations for CEO/COO, business transformation, and continuous improvement. Drive operational and strategic planning in partnership with TeamViewer leadership.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of professional experience in the SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in enterprise business and financial modeling, with familiarity in key financial metrics such as ROI, TCO, NPV, and IRR
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for leading business case discussions and influencing executive decisions
- Expertise in a relevant industry such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, or technology
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous sales environment
- Experience working with a software vendor
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as required
